The Goodhood Store’s ‘As Worn By’ Editorial

Who needs to cast and hire waif male models when you can get some of punk and hip-hop’s biggest names to model the clothes from your store? The Goodhood Store recently commissioned illustrator, Clara Lacy to draw some of their SS14 pieces on the likes of Biggie Smalls and Sid Vicious.

Music and fashion have always gone hand in hand and Goodhood have picked some of the music icons who they describe as having become style icons in their own right. Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Layne Staley of Alice in Chains and Joe Strummer of The Clash round out the group of iconic artists – who are all sadly no longer alive.

They have been reimagined and put into clothes that they would wear today and the result is incredible. See Biggie in Paul Smith, ODB in Junya Watanabe MAN, Layne Staley in Neighborhood, Sid Vicious in Fuct SSDD and Joe Strummer in A.FOUR.

If you’re after the real-life pieces, they’re all available to shop via the store’s website.
